• Is the lock easy to set?

  Setting this product’s combination lock is simple, with tutorials in the instruction manual and on the product page.

• What if I forget my password?

  First check if dials are centered. Try all 1000 combinations (3-number lock: 000-999): Set dials to a number (start with 000), try turning the knob; if it doesn’t turn, move to the next number and repeat. Process takes under 20 mins.

• Does it come with mounting hardware?

  This product includes all mounting accessories—you just need to simply fix it to the wall.

• Can it be mounted outdoors?

  This product can be installed outdoors, but it must be placed under an eave or with a shelter to protect it from direct exposure to harsh weather.

• Can this key box store car keys?

  This key cabinet is only suitable for ordinary keys, and the key hook may not fit car keys with remote fobs. Please check the size and key hook before purchasing.
